1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the MDP Network SMS Gateway portal and developer APIs, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable telecommunication regulations in Sri Lanka.

2. Permitted Use & Anti-Spam Policy

You agree not to use the SMS Gateway for any unlawful purposes, unsolicited commercial spam, harassing messages, or fraudulent content. You must obtain explicit recipient consent before sending promotional bulk SMS messages.

3. Sender ID (Masking) Regulations

All custom Sender IDs requested require valid Business Registration (BR) documentation and must adhere to Telecommunications Regulatory Commission of Sri Lanka (TRCSL) guidelines. MDP Network reserves the right to reject or suspend unauthorized Sender IDs.

4. Billing & Payments

SMS credits purchased are non-refundable and will be deducted in real-time according to the selected package SMS rate. All online payments processed through integrated payment gateways or verified bank deposit receipts are final.
